These Terms govern all services provided by Max Design Dev, 105 S Adams St, Avon, IL 61415, USA. By ordering a service or engaging with us, you accept these Terms in full.
Max Design Dev provides digital web design and development services. All deliverables are sent electronically via shared links, cloud storage, or email. No physical goods are shipped.
Orders are confirmed when Stripe successfully processes payment. By completing checkout you confirm you are 18 or older, that payment information is accurate and authorized, and that you agree to these Terms and the Refund Policy.
Each project has a defined scope. Changes outside scope require a written change order and additional payment. Unused revision rounds expire 60 days after delivery.
You agree to provide requested content, access, and feedback within 5 business days of each request. Delays in client responses extend the project timeline proportionally.
Upon full payment all deliverables become your property including source files and code. Our proprietary tools and pre-existing libraries remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, or conversion rates from our design or development work. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Our total liability is capped at the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Fulton County, Illinois.
