Max Design Dev started in Avon, Illinois in 2019. The idea was simple: one team that handles both design and development, so nothing gets lost between the two. That is still how we work.
We are a small team of four -- two developers and two designers who have been working together long enough to know each other's shorthand. Every project has a named lead, and that person stays with the project from kickoff to launch.
Our clients are typically small to mid-sized businesses that have either outgrown a DIY site or are tired of dealing with designers who cannot code and developers who cannot design. We fill that gap.
