Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

We stand behind our work and want every client to feel the project was worth the investment. Our refund policy is structured to be fair based on how far into a project we are when a cancellation occurs.

2. Full Refund Conditions

A full refund is available if: you cancel within 24 hours of payment AND no discovery or project setup work has started. To request: email billing@maxdesigndev.com with subject "Cancellation Request" within that window.

3. Partial Refund Schedule

Under 25% project completion: 60% refund
25% to 50% completion: 30% refund
Over 50% completion: No refund. We will complete the project per the agreed scope.

Project completion percentage is documented in our project management system and provided upon request.

4. After Delivery

Once deliverables have been sent and acknowledged, refunds are not issued for a change of mind. If a deliverable fails to match its documented scope, contact us within 7 days and we will correct it or issue a full refund in clear cases of non-delivery.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Developer support hours where sessions have been completed
Add-on deliverables already produced and delivered
Requests made more than 14 days after project delivery

6. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@maxdesigndev.com with subject "Refund Request"
Include your name, order email, order date, and reason
We acknowledge within 1 business day and decide within 3 business days
Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days
