When you contact us, place an order, or fill out a project brief, we collect: name, email address, phone number, company name or URL, country, and any project details you share with us.
We never collect or store payment card information. All payments go through Stripe, Inc., subject to their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Server logs and basic analytics may collect IP addresses, browser/device type, pages visited, session duration, and referring URL. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
We do not sell your data. We share it with: Stripe (payment processing), cloud file storage providers (project delivery and collaboration), and email service providers (transactional communications only). In the event of a business acquisition or merger, client data may be transferred with advance notice.
To access, correct, or delete your personal data, email hello@maxdesigndev.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We respond within 14 business days.
All data transmission uses SSL encryption. We limit internal access to client data and use reputable third-party services for storage and payments. No system is completely immune to risk, but we take proportionate measures.
